Lisbon Excavation Services
Lisbon is a small town where the Quinebaug and Shetucket rivers meet, best known for the Lisbon Landing retail center and its convenient position at the I-395 and Route 12 junction. It mixes that commercial highway frontage with quiet rural neighborhoods and farmland. We reach Lisbon in about 8 miles, an easy run down Route 12.

Commercial and residential excavation in Lisbon
Lisbon's split personality shows up in our work here. The I-395 frontage around Lisbon Landing is commercial territory — site prep, parking subgrade, utilities, and DEEP MS4 stormwater systems — while the rest of town is rural residential on private septic and wells. The river confluence makes the low ground near the Quinebaug and Shetucket prone to high water tables and floodplain limits, so siting a septic system or foundation correctly takes a real evaluation, not a guess.
On the residential side, Lisbon's glacial-till uplands carry the usual Eastern CT ledge, which we test-pit for before quoting basements and septic. We pull permits through the town and, for septic, Uncas Health District. Whether it's a commercial pad off Route 12 or a back-lot septic replacement, we handle the full scope start to finish.
