Typical response within our 30-mile service area is same-day or next-day, and we offer 24-hour emergency response when a breakdown is stopping work. Describing the damage and sending photos when you call helps us arrive with the right materials to finish in one trip.

Are you insured for hot work on my property?

Yes. We carry full liability insurance that covers on-site welding, including hot work on customer property, and a certificate of insurance is available on request before any job. We also follow hot-work practices on site — clearing combustibles and maintaining a fire watch.

What kinds of welding can you do on site?

Stick, MIG, and flux core cover nearly all field repairs, and the rig carries cutting and grinding equipment as well. TIG work is generally better done in the shop because the process is sensitive to wind — if a job truly needs TIG, we will tell you and arrange to handle that part at our Plainfield shop.
